A term used to deflect a conversation when, the subject runs dry or becomes tedious to its listeners. Can be used to interrupt mid sentence, prior to one beginning a story or reflect on what was a complete waste of your time
Verb: Wedge was talking about deserts so we cheesecaked him.

The history of the slang "Cheesecake" came about when this kid snitched on me in school and when I got caught and scolded by the professor he was looking onwards while eating Cheesecake
