used when cheering up an upset/down/depressed person.

similar to the cheer up emo kid remark but can be used for anyone in general.

Used when someone is in a shitty/pissy mood and they either have to cheer up or fuck off in order to not bring down the mood of everyone else.

Curtis says to Scott: "Scott, you need to Cheer up or Fuck Off"
