A universal type exclamation which in its literal form means 'laters'.
When said in a comical voice, extra emphasis is achieved.

Also used to describe something/one as untrue/false in a similar way to bollocks or bullshit.

'What? They're raising the bus fares again? CHANGERS!'

'What? Are you gone fam? Aight, Changers!'

A person who loudly complains about various social/political issues, but limits their actual action to changing their facebook icon rather than actively protesting/working towards change.

If we could only get just a tenth of these icon changers to actually show up for a rally, it would be the largest America's ever seen.

Frame changer

Noun: basic bitch, a girl or grown ass woman who is always changing guys but not the scenario. She takes the picture of ex boyfriend out of the frame and puts in the next boyfriend. It's a continuous process...all the guys are the same, they are the new "daddy" or "next husband" in the frame.

Oh my god , I can't believe what a frame changer that girl is! Next week she will be done with Joe and Johns picture will replace his, such a frame changer !
