a person who has accidentally (or by birth right or breast size) achieved a version of celebrity status, despite their lack of judgement and/or talent. Often celebuffoons crash and burn. Their talent for displaying stupidity is truly their ONLY talent.
There are so many celebuffoons, think Lohan, Sheen, Nicole-Smith, George "W" Bush, people who are such buffoons they wouldn't survive anywhere but in today's media whore culture.
