Capsicle 

A humorous word used in the dialogue of Marvel's 'Avengers Assemble' Movie. A portmanteau word (2 words combined together to make one word e.g. 'Belieber'=Believer+Bieber) 'Capsicle' is the word formed from the combination of Captain and Icicle. Tony Stark, (Iron Man) says this to Captain america during an argument:

Captain America: What?

Iron Man: You might have missed a couple of things, you know, doing time as a Capsicle.

The outside salesman's office on wheels, his cubicle in a car. Where his work (cell) phone, file cabinet (milk crate) and refrigerator (cooler) are often located.

" Mrs. Cashonly, I left your purchase agreement back in my carbicle which is currently in your parking lot".

A term for a workplace colleague who generally behaves in an outwardly extreme manner, one who enjoys playing an exaggerated version of themselves.

Yeah, he becomes easily bored and when that happens, he’s off into his role as a total workplace caricature because everybody laughs and he gets all that attention!
