(v) Similar to cock block, this refers to when someone denies you a confectionary treat. First originated in the web comic, Three Panel Soul.

L: Hey, cupcakes!
M: Don't eat those, I'm saving them.
L: Dude, you totally cakeblocked me. Not cool.
