An English adaptation of the Jamaican slang word "bumbaclaat", which is used to describe a rag or piece of cloth one may use to wipe ones soiled bumhole in times of wretched filth. Bumbaquark means the same thing. "Pass dat Andrex sof & quilted bumbaquark bredrin, me carn hold dis poo poo in me batty na longer."
