The act of taking a puff of Methamphetamines or Amphetamines from a glass style pipe. The drug is melted and the pipe twirled to allow the melted substance to give off a thick white smoke which is inhaled, causing the user to become euphoric.

This also can be used to describe the actual physical substance itself. As in "wanna have a Brewge" or "have you got any Brewge"
A mate of mine just asked me if I'm going to have a Brewge with him after work. I told him I've got no Brewge at the moment. He said nah man the Brewge is on me. Nothing better than sharing a Brewge between mates.
