The ability for one to bitch or act like a complete bitch.

Person 1: What is her problem?

Person 2: I don't know. She always acts like that.

Person 1: Yeah. Her bitchability never ceases to amaze me.

1. Someone who is easy to bitch about.
2. You can constantly think of horrible things to say about them.

"Omggg that guy is sooo bitchable, I mean look at his hair ewwww and his clothes even more ewww"
