Baracracy 

During the 2008 presidential election, the term was associated with the grassroots political efforts of Barack Obama supporters. Baracracy events were small gatherings to educate others on the Obama campaign's stance on political issues and to coordinate campaign support efforts. During the President's term in office it has been used to collectively define the Obama administration's actions, policies or methods.

It's going to take at least a full term to implement the changes that the Baracracy has on their agenda.

The young French lady felt she was one of the beau-chic, beau gens who belonged to the beaurocracy, a "special group" of good-looking folks -- Thus, she behaved according to the beauracratic rules that would demonstrate to those around her that she indeed belonged.
