A word that certain subcultures in American society use to describe the mother of ones child. Used in place of just saying "wife" because in certain subcultures of America, it's somehow so common to have multiple children with multiple mothers / fathers that there actually needs to be a word for it.

White ladies named Jennah who get knocked up and expect a wedding and family then get progressively crazy when they realize that’s not what’s happening so they continue to make your life miserable and stressful until you either give up and marry her or you just become miserable and stressed as intended or both
When your baby mama finally moves on and finds a boyfriend but now she’s being shady and causing baby mama drama on Easter.
