The ABW stereotype is so prevalent, that people who have never experienced the blowback from being passionate about a cause as a Black Woman, really believe she exists. They therefore define her in cheeky, racist and stereotypical terms as some 'angry "sista" with a bad or "street" attitude.' They don't realize the behavioral science behind the ignorance...and in defining the term incorrectly the become part of the problem.

An African American female who has been exposed to many players, liars, manipulators and cheats that her original gentle loving caring, nurturing, spirit has been demished to a blackened heart, hard exterior and bitter disposition at times to the point of no recovery. The polar opposite of Paranoid White Woman Syndrome. Women diagnosed with this are usually screechy, middle aged black women who make a scene in public over anything ranging from a service dog being in a restaurant to being an alleged victim of "racial profiling." These women will pull the race card when people see through their crap. Like Paranoid White Woman Syndrome, this is not meant to be a racist term.

Guy: I don't know, Angry Black Woman Syndrome maybe?
