URCT: Unnecessary race card throwing. To pull the race card when it is blatantly not necessary. To blame one's race as a reason for something happening to them when it is not the case. V: urcting, to actively throw down your race card when you know that you have no reason do. Mark tends to urct more than his girlfriend, and she's the minority! That guy urcted so bad when he got that speeding ticket. One would thing urcting would be obsolete with Obama in office.
