Any person clever and lucid enough to realise that androgeny and androgenous displays can be the most interesting way to completely weird a lot of people out, and impress certain equally clever and lucid people to the extent that you become a form of genius.

androgynous 

Having both male and female characteristics( appearance )that it becomes a challenge for one to decipher what sex that person is.

Shane from "The L word" is androgynous, though she is a girl she usually dresses "like a guy" and is mistaken at times for a guy.

androgenous 

Pertaining to the production of or tending to produce male offspring. Not to be confused with androgynous which means:
1.being both male and female; hermaphroditic.
2.having both masculine and feminine characteristics.
3.having an ambiguous sexual identity.
4.neither clearly masculine nor clearly feminine in appearance: the androgynous look of many rock stars.

No one on urbandictionary.com knows how to spell, obviously, as they keep confusing androgenous with androgynous, and giving the wrong definition.

Titus Androgynous

An individual with large breasts, but indeterminate gender. Could be a well endowed woman or a man with massive man-boobs or something in between.

Is that a guy or a girl? I don't know, but they're a Titus Androgynous!

One who, regardless of sexual characteristics (ie. male, female, trans-gender), identifies (gender identity) as both male and female in a fairly even split.

One who's physical appearance includes male and female characteristics, making their gender difficult to discern.

androgenous 

A male or female (usually young) who could be mistaken for either sex. Usually a feminine boy or a cute girl with boyish features.

Someone whom it is not always obvious at first glance as to whether they are male or female.

Goth / emo often achieve the androgenous look - but make up is not always required.
