You meet a flirty girl at a social event you flirt back. As the game progresses she will "inadvertently" flash you by hiking her skirt, uncrossing and recrossing her legs, bend down to share some cleavage or bare some midriff.

Sam: "That girl at the bar is hot!"
Dave: "Yeah, she did the flirt and flash with me earlier."
