someone who is beyond a creep. to the extreme. someone so sketch that you try to avoid.

I met this guy at a party, he followed me around the entire night. At one point, he grabbed the cup I was drinking out of and he licked it. Ugh! He's a creep and a half!

On a social network, such as facebook, when you get a friend request from someone you do or don't know, you accept them, check out their profile/pictures, then delete them immediately.

Matt: so dude the new girl at work friend requested me on facebook the other day.
Dustin: same here, but I pulled a creep and run on that broad.
