A style of typing where you alternate each letter from upper-case to lower-case. Very annoying and commonly invokes the urge to punch infants. Used often by teenage girls, azns, and cholas.

Allcaps Conservative 

A person of conservative political orientation who emphasizes their point of view in emails by using ALL CAPS, or a combination of lowercase and ALL CAPS.
