Something less than a CrossFitter’s 6-pack. Someone who is otherwise maintains a high level of fitness and would have a strong ab game, but for the occasional cookie, brownie, ice cream or taco binge usually due to smoking weed or taking edibles.

Eric is a three-time Ironman. Nevertheless, he has ablets because he eats like a dickhead when he smokes weed.
