"Cannoli" is the plural of "cannolo," which is a Sicilian pastry consisting of a crisp pastry tube filled with sweetened ricotta. The ricotta filling is sometimes sprinkled with crushed pistachios, chopped candied citron or orange peel, or semi-sweet chocolate chips. It's a popular item in Italian-American bakeries.
I'll have a dozen cannoli. But please make up some fresh ones. I don't want any that were already filled an hour ago.

A sex act in which a female with a yeast infection would use a spatula to scrape the cream off of her vagina and stuff the creamy concoction into a man's foreskin ( if applicable). Once the man's foreskin is filled to maximum capacity, a used tampon may be added for garnish. The cannoli is then ready to be served.
My girlfriend was very happy to provide the cream for my cannoli last night. I've never seen such generous portions. She even topped it off with a lovely edible candied tampon.
