Similar to the Dutch Rudder, in that a man is assisted in masturbation. The act consists of the masturbator has a string or rope tied around his hand. The assistant then proceeds to tug the rope in a steady jerking motion allowing the masturbator to stroke the penis without using any of his own energy.
