a substitute for "word". usually said in recognition, understanding, or agreement after someone says something that you like. usually spelled w0rm$. Patented by teens from east aurora, new york. circa fall of 2010.

1.) "i'm gonna go throw an egg at that guy"

2.) "we're gettin hammered tonight."

"Worms, mayne!"

WORMS 

A word/phrase used to describe an action that someone does that ppl normally wouldn’t do or say. It’s usually used to describe yourself when you are completely out of it - mentally.

Not to get confused with legitimate worms.

Freddie: “I have spent more than 16hrs on the settings app. It’s the worms. The worms are infesting my brain”.

Depending on the context, could mean "awesome" or "that sucks."

"That sucks" context:
Teacher: Go pages 50-54 for homework.
Student: Oh, worms.

"Awesome" context:
Hot chick: You're sexy, wanna get laid?
Dude: Wormsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss.
