one who says that they are not going to do something when they really are. They camp in their house waiting and try and trick you. Sometimes so sneaky they pull a double veno(\/) on you by saying they are not going somewhere but then they say they are but they are not but in the end they really are going where they say they are. Confusing right thats how a venom is he is another askhole.
