The noise most people in junji ito comics are portrayed screaming when they see a decomposing body or are actively fucking dying. It is commonly misinterpreted as a word for please instead of dismemberment.
(Somebody is falling off a building and is expressing extreme fear in a junji ito comic) “UWAHHHHHHHHHHHH!”
