Uterific 

A word used to describe the status or environment in a labor and delivery unit, when all is well or terrific. This word is most commonly used by medical staff in labor and delivery units to describe an ideal situation, environment, or happenings inside a labor and delivery unit! The word has a reference to uterine and is a hybrid word, the combination of uterine + terrific = uterific.

All the pregnant patients will delivery without a problem and everything is up and running, this day is uterific for everyone.

Conjunction of the words uber and terrific. Absolutely the most terrific thing that has ever happened. Period. If something is "uberific" there is nothing that could ever be better.

Uberifical 

A word that someone used to define Jason Snow. Obviously people who use this word are ridiculous and cannot produce logical compound words.

May or may not relate to the state of being great.
