Nickname for UC Irvine, denoting the large amount of pro-Palestinian activism there. Used by both students who support the Palestinian struggle in affection as well as students who are against the Palestinian struggle out of pejorative. During al-Nakhba Day, the campus of UC Intifada exploded with protests denouncing Israel and the United States' treatment of the Palestinians.
