When you are so excited for turkey and thanksgiving is coming up soon, you practically go crazy for Turkey. Hence the nickname turcray.

turcrabtopus 

Turcrabtopus is a special holiday dish, a spin on the traditional Turducken. Turcrabtopus is made up of turkey which is stuffed with an octopus which all of it sits on a set of crab legs. Turcrabtopus can be made with bacon layered on top because 'Murica. Plenty of images can be found on the internet but because the name hasn't been official, you may have to search by keywords "turkey crab octopus".
