Trickipedia 

A person who pretends to be something they're not. False information of anything kind.

A woman who lies about her age. A woman with fake boobs. A guy who lies to women in order to get into their pants. A guy who lies about his info on a dating site. "That girl is so fake, dude. Fake boobs, hair, and everything. False information. A straight up Trickipedia."
