Toyotaphobia 

The fear of riding in or being hit by a Toyota with a stuck accelerator pedal.

There is no way in hell that I'm getting in that Camary. I am suffering from toyotaphobia.
or
I have Toyotaphobia. I can't get into traffic knowing all those Toyotas are on the road.

Totaphobia, a fear of absolutely everything.

Patient: *trembling* what's the problem?
Psychiatrist: you have totaphobia, it's quite unfortunate, you're even afraid of the ceiling, and of that lamp (i love lamp), infact, you're afraid of everything. Quite unfortunate.
