originally started on myspace as a way to showcase your best friends on your "myspace". now it is a way of saying something is cool or not. it can also be used as a way of saying something is worthy.

A new feature added on to MySpace. Where anyone who comes to your site can see who u have as your "top 8" friends are. In my opinion this was a bad move by Tom or whoever. Why? Because this will lead to violence in friends, maybe friendship might break up, bf/gf relationships may break up, best friends will argue over the fact they are not #1 in the list. Many bad things can happen.

Your "top" eight friends on myspace. You can also get custom friend spaces to alter the format of myspace and allow "top 12," "top 25," etc. The fun never ends.
