Most common in Canada. A disturbance to regular traffic flows occurring on roads connected to Tim Horton's Drive Thru locations.

Most common between 8:15 am and 8:50 am on weekdays, and for approximately a half hour after the end of Noon mass on Sundays.

Most frequent on main arterial roads and secondary highways.

Anecdotal evidence suggests that length of a Timmyjam is directly correlated to adverse weather conditions, especially in late November and early December.
"Sorry I'm late, friggin' Timmyjam all the way down Colbourne."

"If you're taking the Asburnham exit watch out for the Timmyjam just after you leave the ramp."
