Most common in Canada. A disturbance to regular traffic flows occurring on roads connected to Tim Horton's Drive Thru locations.

Most common between 8:15 am and 8:50 am on weekdays, and for approximately a half hour after the end of Noon mass on Sundays.

Most frequent on main arterial roads and secondary highways.

Anecdotal evidence suggests that length of a Timmyjam is directly correlated to adverse weather conditions, especially in late November and early December.
