Someone who makes too much of an effort to make something appear unnecessarily good or better than it is, and gets mad at others for "messing it up"
In reference to that time at Aushwitz when SS guards told prisoners to clean their rooms so when other people saw the camps, they would appear clean, despite the horrendous deeds.

When you have the lower hand in a PVP video game and you go to kill a player after said player just fought another player. This is called going in for the cleanup.
