Terrasphere

From the Latin terra, meaning earth, and sphere, meaning ball: i.e., a "dirtball." Useful when discussing someone's condition with someone else while in front of the "terrasphere."
You might want to put on an extra pair of gloves before physically examining your patient as he appears to be a terrasphere.
