Sick karma is negative karma given to a post on a web forum that has already received positive karma.

I received 10 positive karma and one Sick karma for my turbo write-up.

Karma sick

When you actually get sick and can't come to work right after faking sick to get a day off.

I called in to work and said I was too sick to work on Monday. Then I actually got sick on Friday and had to go in feeling like shit!...Man, you got Karma sick!
