sensitive low-key

The most laid back person in the bunch; very relaxed and low profile; a stage further than just being low-key. Can refer to a person or an event.
I hit up my friend's house last friday night and we all just hung out, chilled, ate some pizza and watched Netflix -- it was a sensitive low-key kind of hangout.

James is a sensitive low-key kind of guy -- he is always so relaxed and always goes with the flow.

extra-sensitive

A highly perceptive emotional state that consciously or subconsciously monitors the well-being of all members of a system. Absolutely not to be confused with a condom in this context!
The random urbandictionary user clicked up on this because they were being extra-sensitive and knew it would be for the great good of society.

Psycho Sensitive

The act of allowing one's emotional sensitivity to jump a train to nutsville, hindering any human interaction impossible and usually followed by strange and irrational stunts of some kind.
Liz: What happened with you and Suzy?

Beth: I'm not sure, after the match I said "it's ok, You'll do better next time" and she went all Psycho Sensitive and started screaming and making threats to sodomize my cat with a pineapple!

self-sensitive

a person who shows little or no sensitivity towards the feelings of others while exhibiting extreme sensitivity when they are at the receiving end.
That new office guy Tim never shows any sensitivity towards other people, he only shows it when his own feelings are hurt, what a self-sensitive prick
A person who is overly sensitive/dramatic, and makes a big deal out of every possible situation.
