An anus-itch-scratching fart.

Dude, my asshole itched something fierce yesterday; plus, I had some medieval gas pains. I took care of both problems with a giant scrart.

Scrart

A scrotum fart, which happens when an air pocket of gas gets caught between the butt cheeks and has to travel to the side of the ball sack to find a way out.

That scrart gave me a boner!
