3. A person that knows a lot about things most people don't know about regarding wine, food and life.

Our trips to the vineyard are so much more fun when we can be with Tom the Savorian of the group.

Renaissance men, Savorians, Rock stars these are the type of people you need to invite to the fund raisers to add a little excitement to things.
