SMBO is an abbreviation meaning spit my beer out. Replacing the term LOL. This term was made up by a mailman in northern ontario. He SMBO's alot. Was chatting with a friend on facebook while having a beer, he sent me a funny message as I took a drink, and I SMBO all over the computer screen.
