An in-game item in a ROBLOX Jojo game YBA which is used to reset your stand ability after using a stand arrow, and is correctly phrased as Roka but due to the majority of the player's safechat, they call it Ro ka. Idiots that are too lazy to spend the extra time on their hands to get it themselves beg for it due to it being "rare", "hard to find" A common way to stop beggars is to stand still. Idiots like them do not sense movement

Ro ka pls is a word used by beggars in a Roblox Experience called "Your Bizarre Adventure" well known as YBA

When they get a bad stand, they will find a Prestige 2 or 3 player to beg for a item called "Rokakaka Fruit"
