Moist Regards is a more personal way of saying "Warm Regards" with sexual under tones.

The term is typically exchanged only between close friends.

While there is an obvious sexual nature in typing "Moist Regards", this does not mean you have an attraction to the recipient of your message, sexual or otherwise .
