Some who blows their paycheck on some sick ass shit and ends up being broke and goes without food,water,etc.

Rackless

A person who attaches equipment (i.e. bikes, skis...) to their vehicle in a sketchy or dangerous way.

Man that guy is rackless, he just duct taped his surfboard to the top of his car.
