French expression used to prank someone who has just said "quoi" ("what" in french).
It finds it's meaning from the fact that "quoi" is pronounced cou-a, so saying quoicoubeh is essentially saying "cou-a, cou-b", kinda like another popular french joke that occurs when people say "ah" because they are surprised, and you answer "b" because you're extremely unfunny.
"How do you call people who live in Quebec?
-The Québécois
-OKAY QUOICOUBEH!"

Get the quoicoubeh mug.
A French meme that adds up to when someone says "Quoi?" (what?) in French, you respond by "Coubeh!" or "Quoicoubeh!" similiar like "Quoi? ffeur!" which means hairdresser.

Is also a meme in which a person says gibberish words. If the other person responds by "Hein" or "Quoi" both meaning "what", then you respond by "Quoicoubeh" or, "Apagnan! Quoicoubeh x3"
"*gibberish*"
"Quoi?"
"Quoicoubeh!"
