Simply a slang word for hot/ attractive.

Originated from the word "yup", which spelt backwards is Puy.

Pronounced P-OI-Y

Example 1:

Krissy: Hey, that guy is so attractive! I'd date him.

Kiki: Um, more like he is so Puy! Get with the times Krissy!
