Pulling/Dropping the Hammer 

When engaging in drinking activities the initiator must make eye contact with another member of the table, They then reference to the ceiling by extending their arm to the sky. In one swift motion all members involved must drop their elbow to the table as if they were to have pulled a hammer down from the ceiling.
