Co-Worker 2: Na, he's Pulling a Will.
Co-worker 1: I saw that coming.

when one half of a relationship is causing disfunction. Most commonly, "pulling a Will" is defined as never being reachable, but constantly demanding.
"It's ridiculous. He can always get me, but i can never get him... he's totally pulling a Will."
