One who diddles pubes. A euphemism for one who takes a long time to get ready.

"Let's crack the whip on this lazy pube diddler and tell him to get moving."
"Stop pube diddlin' in there! I gotta shit."
John began pube diddling when he realized he couldn't answer the teacher's question.
