Someone who creates (presequences) a mix of songs that are beat-matched using software and then saved before playing to an audience as opposed to a DJ mixed set where a DJ mixes the song on the fly while the crowd is (hopefully) dancing.

Mixing on the fly requires mad skills but presequencing allows the Presequencer to nail every beat, use custom twisted tracks and introductions, and pre-place many more effects than a DJ can on stage.
He doesn't mix live sets, but that Presequencer had the floor BUMPING to his beats all night long.
