Ghetto, hood suburb of Norfolk and Chesapeake. The East Cleveland of Norfolk. The East St Louis of Norfolk. The Ferguson of Norfolk.

Cheaper than Norfolk but not that diverse because poor white people would rather live in Chesapeake.

A left for dead area that may have been vibrant at one time but has been split up and segregated by highway construction.

But enjoy that casino though.

Priced out of Norfolk so I'm out in Portsmouth. I have a lot of land though.
