This is the most destructive personal weapon of the Supreme Hindu God Shiva/Kali/Adi Para Shakti, which can be discharged by either the mind, eyes, words or bow. This weapon is capable of destroying creations and vanquishing all beings. It is one of the six Mantramukta weapons which cannot be resisted and is given by Him directly.

It is the manifestation of His various forms, The Transcendental Pure Consciousness at the very beginning, which divides Itself into a passive aspect, acting as a static center of support, pure and forever, surrounded with the other dynamic aspect, causing infinite vibrations on it's plane, which together represented by the Nataraja form, plays the dance of creation, preservation and destruction of everything we can and cannot comprehend. And ultimately at the end of each Life cycle for everything to return back to this Transcendental and Pure Consciousness.

Described as being Possessed of one foot, of thousand large teeth, and a thousand heads and thousand Stomachs, it has a thousand arms, a thousand tongues, and a thousand eyes, it seemed to continually vomit fire and is capable of neutralizing every other weapon in the universe and causes utter destruction of the enemies it is fired upon.
Lord Narada: "Oh! The Oppressed One, chant the Mantra and invoke this divine PashupatAstra on your enemies at once, to destroy all Evil and preserve Dharma back on Mother Earth."
The Oppressed One: "Om Namo Bhagavate MahaPashupatayaAtulaBalaVeeryaParaakramaay Tripashchanayanaay
