However, many paradise valley residents choose to send their children to private schools including Notre Dame Preparatory (in North Scottsdale), Xavier College Prep, Brophy College Prep, and Phoenix Country Day School (PCDS).
Paradise Valley is considered to be the wealthiest area in Arizona.
There are 12 resorts located in pv, and it is a real estate hot spot for those who can afford it.
The average house in pv costs anything from $1 million to $20 million dollars.

Paradise Valley is a small town in Alberta. Where everyone is like family.
The people are close knit and inscestual . The people who aren't related are rich and snobby ass holes . Who act like the world has wronged them .

Technically another one of the many suburb towns of Phoenix, but often considered just a part of Scottsdale. You know you're in Scottsdale Scottsdale and not Paradise Valley Scottsdale when 90% of the people around you are wearing Abercrombie and it costs $31 for Unplugged In New York.

I have a Scottsdale mailing address. I go to the Paradise Valley school district. The Paradise Valley Mall has Phoenix mailing addresses.
